Our Intention

We want to facilitate 10,000 painless childbirths in the next year. Most of us have heard stories of painful, and complicated childbirth.  It seems no one out there cares to spread the word that childbirth can be PAINLESS, WONDERFUL, SACRED.  Research tells us that 45,000 women experience a painless childbirth in the United States alone, every year why don’t we raise that number to include YOU!

As a result of embracing the Painless Childbirth Strategy you can prepare for drug-free, painless, joyful and sacred experience, and learn the tools to manage your labor contractions.  Additionally, you will learn how to talk to your unborn child, prepare the way for a happy, peace-loving human being, remove your fears and anxiety about pregnancy, childbirth and parenting, while you are followed step-by-step by a virtual doula.

Sharing My Success Story – Giuditta and Natascia, 1984 (excerpt from the book Painless Childbirth)

“In 1983, I had given birth to my son, naturally without the help of any painkillers, and I was determined to be in control of the process the next time around.  This time I wanted my experience to be painless. Painlessness is a state of well-being that encompasses body, mind, and spirit.  Part of the discomfort I had experienced in my first birth was largely due to fear.  I feared the pressure would never end. I feared I was not going to be able to stand it, and I feared my body wouldn’t cooperate.  In the commotion and excitement of labor and delivery of my son, no one had reminded me this was a natural process. No one had whispered in my ears, “Take it one minute at a time.”  For my daughter’s birth I placed that little voice in my consciousness using self-hypnosis tools.”
