Steps to a Painless Childbirth

Painless Childbirth is a Scientific Reality *

A study conducted by CL Pasero and R Britt (August 1998). Managing Pain During Labor, published in the American Journal of Nursing 98:10-11, reports that indeed a painless childbirth is a reality for as many as 45,000 WOMEN EACH YEAR IN AMERICA. One of the universal laws states: if one person can do it, it can be done by others.

I say to you: I have experienced a painless childbirth, now so can you.

Millions of women all over the world experience a natural, drug-free, and painless childbirth. You can too.
If you would like to join this growing number, this is what you have to do.

Changing Behavior

Once ingrained in our childhood, most behavior becomes largely automatic; we experience a stimulus or trigger and react without conscious thought. Have you ever seen a three years old fall, bump his head and look at mom to find out which is the appropriate reaction? If mom smiles he goes on confidently playing as if nothing happened, if mom panics he starts crying as if in agonizing pain. Pain is a learned behavior, especially pain that is NOT DUE TO ANYTHING BEING WRONG, like the natural pressure of the labor waves. That is why trying to change behavior, emotions or have a natural childbirth by using only our self-will often fails. It has nothing to do with our intentions, or our commitment to them, or our will power: our minds just don’t work that way.

Step 1: Get the BOOK — Painless Childbirth

To get the ultimate birthing experience you desire you need to prepare yourself.

What if you could partake in the design of your baby’s DNA?

Painless Childbirth is a nine-step guide through the miracle of pregnancy and birth. It explores the relationship between the nine months of pregnancy, fetal development in the womb, and nine fundamental human rights. Using the gestational period as a time to claim these rights (like the right to hear the truth or to be loved), the mother is encouraged to consciously participate in the miracle of creation, sharing with her child a painless birth.
Painless Childbirth: An Empowering Journey Through Pregnancy and Birth (Cumberland House Publishing) not only clearly explains how a woman’s state of being during pregnancy is responsible for the fetal imprint, but using a simple, yet effective system it shows her how to actively partake in the design of her baby’s DNA. Ushering in a generation of human beings who will be inherently a positive and peaceful presence on the planet.

Here’s what people have said about the book:

Nicole Lucas Haimes writes ” Every once in a while, we get a glimpse of an impending paradigm shift; something so extraordinary it changes the future and makes us rethink the past. I am not talking about the kind of paradigm shift that has a cataclysmic effect on society like the discovery of fire or the wheel or the microchip. What I am talking about is a radical shift in thinking about the excruciatingly painful event of a woman giving birth. Tornetta is a light in the dark tunnel of the birth industry. “

“I LOVED the book…I think it touched on a lot of things about labor that people don’t normally address that can really make or break the experience. It was refreshing to read something that wasn’t all about how to push and moan and groan, but instead how to prepare yourself mentally for the challenge by addressing what things might be holding you back from having the best birthing experience you can which, at the end of the day, is just as important as the mechanics of birth.” Jamie (Mom)

Joyful Birth

Here’s what moms say about our Joyful Birth CD – Painless Childbirth Preparation

“We are in Bowling Green, KY and I found your website online. I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful Painless Childbirth CD. It was a godsend during my 42 hour unmedicated natural labor. My husband and I listened to the cd on a loop for the last 10 hours of labor during the most intense part. The cd was able to relax me and keep me focused. I gave birth to my beautiful baby boy (Noah Patrick Witty) on May 8th 2007 at 2:11pm. I really felt like you were there with us in the delivery room helping to coach me along. My husband, I, and baby Noah love you! His color was wonderful at birth – he looked the same the day of birth as the next day and the next. He was also holding his head up on his own for several seconds the night he was born due to the fact we didn’t have any drugs.” Alisha Witty of Bowling Green KY

“I just wanted to thank you for helping our birth be smooth and manageable. That’s the best way I can describe it. I listened to your cd everyday for the 4-5 wks prior that I had it. And I listened to it all during labor and delivery. It really helped to recognize that each contraction would come and go and then I have a break. It was very nice to have and then it turned out that the contractions didn’t feel that painful, just kind of there working to get the baby out. I was totally present during the whole labor and very relaxed and comfortable with what was going on. When the baby dropped down, I just relaxed and let her go there and let labor progress. Such a difference from my first birth where I was tense and resisting the contractions. Wow. We only pushed for 20 min and she was there. I also preferred to not be in a bed this labor but to walk around and at the end stand and sit with birthing chair. Thanks again, you’ve a gift to bring joy to birthing and I just wanted to say a big thank YOU and will be telling friends who get pregnant about you and your cd.” Carolyn. D

Get a Doula

If you have not heard the term Doula yet, you are bound to soon. Doulas are sprouting up all over the country and many mothers refer to them as the women who have made their birthing experience a ‘dreamy’ one. What is a Doula, anyway? A Doula is a trained birth coach — a surrogate mother figure (without the baggage) who accompanies the couple throughout the entire labor and delivery process. They offer what I call a girlfriend’s sweet PIE: physical, informational and emotional support.

Recently a woman called me to inquire about my services, her first questions was, “How much is a doula?” It’s hard to put a realistic price on that type of support. I have been at births for as little as four hours all the way up to 24 hours or more. So I told her I’d like her to consider how important it is for a woman to have someone who will be at the birth supporting her, encouraging her, and offering important information to ease her mind. A labor doula can help the partner experience this magical time with confidence and give him/her more time to spend with the laboring woman. A doula can run around doing things a partner usually does, or answer questions that may come up at the hospital or even during a home labor. A doula can show the partner how to help mom change positions, how to massage her. She can give the partner a much-needed break during a long labor. Research has shown that with the help of a birth doula there is a much lower risk of: cesarean births, medical interventions, and the use of pain medications, and that a birth doula’s knowledgeable help during delivery produces greater bonding with the newborn. More research shows that with the help of a birth and postpartum doula the risk of postpartum depression is much lower.

If EACH YEAR 45,000 WOMEN IN AMERICA can do it, we all can do it!
