Joy in Birthing  Presents – A Weekend Painless Childbirth Preparation workshop with Giuditta Tornetta

This multi-sensory workshop is based on the book Painless Childbirth. It is designed for those with an open and curious spirit and is a soulful and holistic approach to childbirth education. In this course parents have the opportunity to learn, explore, and express the changes and excitement of pregnancy and childbirth. Students will learn about holistic pregnancy, and hypnosis, the stages of labor, homebirth, water-birth, birth center, hospital birth preparation, doula care, chakra meditations and engagement, birth dance and comfort positions, newborn and post-partum care, aromatherapy, massage, comfort techniques.

Hypnosis can be a powerful tool in assisting a laboring woman through her childbirth experience. Deep inner peace helps Mothers move purposefully and mindfully through stages of labor to the awesome and joyful moment of birth.

We seek to teach you a technique that can help you achieve the birthing experience you deserve and desire. Consciously including your baby in the preparation, labor and delivery.
